Built of reclaimed barnwood and completed in 2006, this property features heated hardwood floors, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, front deck with a magnificient view of Yellow Mountain, and rear deck with gas grill and hot tub. The house is professionally decorated with high end furnishings and amenities throughout.
The main level has a vaulted living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The adjourning dining room has a table that seats eight. The games/poker table in the games room converts to a dining table seating four, and there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The main level also has a master bedroom and private bath with tub and separate large shower. The laundry room, powder room and access to the two car heated garage are also on the main level.
The upper level has a bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and a hallway with desk and wet bar with mini-refrigerator. There is also a bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa.
The lower level of the house has a large pool room with wet bar and mini refrigerator, a twin-bed bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, and a large bathroom. There is also a second master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath.
All of the bedrooms, the living room, pool room and bonus room feature wide screen flat panel TV's and DVD's. There are also two I-POD docking stereo systems. We even provide boot dryers that will dry two pairs of boots for each bedroom.
