Big Sky Rental By Owner offers two tiers of service: you can simply sign up for a listing on this website, or you can get a listing
and property management services from Alpine Property Management. Alpine Property Management, the leader in unparalleled customer service has introduced a new program designed for the smart vacation home owner.
We prepare your home or condo for arrival. During your guest's stay we are available 24 hours for any needs. After departure we inspect your home or condo for damages and inventory. We arrange for your investment to be cleaned to our highest standards.
Unlike many property management companies charging up to 50% commissions we work on a flat and hourly fee. Our monthly fee is $175 or $225 (for a Condo or Home, respectively) based on a year contract. This includes 24 hour on call for you and your guests with any questions or concerns, pre- and post inspections. All other services are hourly based. Cleaning, maintenance and snow shoveling are $35 per hour per person.
Our Rates:
- Website Only: $300/year. When payment is received, you will get an email with a login and password
to your account. You can add photos, specify rates, map location, make reservations, and offer specials. You can even have one of our
web professionals setup your account for only $50.
- Website & Light Property Management: $175/month/condo or $225/month/home (based on a year contract). This includes the website listing as described above
and property management services from Alpine Property Management, as described below.
Property Management Services:
If you decide to on the Website listing and Light Property Management, here is what you can expect:
After the reservations are taken, Alpine Property Management will take
care of the rest. Alpine will prepare your property for arrival by
completing their 36-point inspection program. Alpine will contact your renter for any needs or questions,
and let them know that during their stay, we are available 24 hours for any needs they may have. As a selling tool
for your potential renters, we also offer these concierge services.
After departure Alpine will inspect your home or condo for damages and inventory. Alpine will also arrange for your investment to be
cleaned to our highest standards. You will rest easier know that your rental property is managed by Big Sky Property Management professionals,
Alpine Property Management.
If your property is not rented in any month, Alpine will inspect your property once a month with their
36-point inspection program. More inspections are available for a fee of $40 per inspection.
